The Katie of Katie's Happy Hotdogs! She strives to keep the food, the cart, and the experience...Happy! She loves writing with mustard! A proud wife, mom, dog mom, and of course...Hotdog Vendor!

Kendall operates cart two with the speed and accuracy of a race car driver! She is a wife, mother, and works in the healthcare field! Kendall is also an expert at writing names in mustard!

Sarah has been with Katie's Happy Hotdogs since we started! She is always lively, usually dancing, and is a wonderful wife and mother! Say Hi to her next time you see her at the cart!

The husband of Katie Flora, John is all business when he is out vending! He was voted most likely to drop 40 hotdogs when he sees 3 people enter the line! He won't keep you waiting and will always deliver your food with a joke! 

Farmer Eric reached out to Katie when he wanted to get into operating his own hotdog biz in Cynthiana. After training under Katie he operated her cart and has since opened his own biz, "Tiny's Carts and Catering," He still helps out Katie and also tends to multiple farms and 100 heads of cattle. Eric is a busy man. 

The Brown Family are wonderful supporters of Katie's Happy Hotdogs and they are also excellent employees! Carol, mom of 4 girls (one of which is Izzy pictured here) Is usually at the cart on Tuesdays for Donut Days setups! Izzy is going to be on the stunt team at UK! They are wonderful team members!

The Brownie of the Brown Family, Stephen Brown is a wonderful addition to the team! He knows at least 5 people at every setup and has an unmatched passion for mowing!

Rhett is an asset not just to Katie's Happy's Hotdogs but to the entire Lexington Community! If you don't know him yet...you absolutely should! Rhett works at Crossroads Church where he wears many hats, especially anything operational and he coaches golf at Frederick Douglas! On his one day "off" a week he often works the cart!

We just can't get enough of the wonderful team at Warner Elementary that loves Katie's Happy Hotdogs enough that they went as us for Halloween at their school! This is so amazing and such a compliment for us!
